Q1: How long does shipping take?

We ship from our Dubai warehouse. Delivery times are:

  • United Arab Emirates: 2–3 business days
  • Saudi Arabia: 3–5 business days
  • Other GCC countries (Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 4–6 business days

All orders come with a tracking link sent to your email and WhatsApp.

Q2: How much is shipping?

  • UAE: Free shipping on orders over AED 200. Orders under AED 200: AED 20
  • Saudi Arabia: Free shipping on orders over SAR 300. Orders under SAR 300: SAR 30
  • Other GCC: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional AED 15 / SAR 20 service fee applies

Q3: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other GCC countries. A small service fee applies at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order, as couriers make up to 2 delivery attempts.

Q4: How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Q5: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately at support@iqiblagulf.com or WhatsApp +971-XX-XXX-XXXX with your order number and new address. We will do our best to update it. Once the order is out for delivery, address changes may not be possible.
