1. Order Processing Time

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over a specified cart total at checkout.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery destination.

3. Order Tracking

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

  • We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Shipping Restrictions & PO Boxes

  • Please ensure all shipping address details are complete and correct. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes for express couriers requiring signatures upon delivery.
